Passion Smoothie
I found this recipe when I was in Singapore. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 wedges watermelon (diced into cubes)
- ¾ cup celery (diced into cubes)
- ½ cup low-fat high-calcium strawberry yoghurt drink
- 1 cup low-fat high-calcium strawberry yoghurt
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into tall glass and serve chilled.
