Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, chopped
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1 large ripe avocado, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 5 strawberries, diced
- 1/4 jalapeño, minced
- 1 clove garlic, mince
- juice of 1/2 lime
- pinch of salt
Method
Throw all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and enjoy. Easy peasy!
